• How to use?
  1- Start by applying one coat of Strong Adhesion Base Coat, to clean, dry nails.
  2- Allow drying before applying an even coat of your chosen Nail Lacquer.
  3- We advise 1-2 coats depending on your desired opacity.
  4- Use the picker upper & press firmly on the face of the rhinestone.
  5- Place the rhinestone on the wet polish nail.
