Head2Toes delivers its orders mainly inside the UAE, but we deliver to other countries as well using third party fulfillment services.
Each order you make may include a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon the value of your order.
To avoid any delay or error in your delivery please provide your detailed address.
Turnaround
Orders made before 10 am will go out for delivery on the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will go out for delivery by the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Delivery within UAE cities shall be within 2-4 working days and from 4-10 working Days to other countries.
Shipping Rates:
Orders Within the UAE:
- UAE shipping has a flat rate of 20 AED for orders totalling less than 150 AED.
- Orders exceeding 150 AED will be free of charge.
- Areas designated hard to reach will have a flat rate of 40 AED for orders less than 150 AED and are excluded from free shipping for orders over 150 AED.
Orders outside the UAE:
- Shipping rates for orders outside the UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location

Due to the ongoing outbreak of covid-19 orders and shipping may be subjected to delay due to government restriction. We’re committed to shipping your orders as fast as we can but there may be delays due to coronavirus-related measures put in place in our warehouse and in our 3td party warehouses to keep you and our staff safe.
